"It's a flower filled with a typical Dutch liqueur manufactured by the liqueur and brandy distillery A. v. Wees, in the year 1782. The liqueurs inside the flower are made from flowers and blossoms. 'Roses with no thorns' for example consists of seven different kinds of roses and 'Forget-me-nots ' including the flavour of violets. You can drink directly from the flower or pour a glass to both taste as well as enjoy the scent of the flower."
